  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • three/4 cup red wine
  • three tablespoons tomato paste (optional)

Instructions :

  • Place sauerkraut in a big pan or casserole dish and pour in four cups of boiling water. Add prunes, allspice, and bay leaves. Simmer until Sauerkraut is soft, approximately 50 minutes.
  • Pour about 1 cup of boiling water over mushrooms and soak to rehydrate, about 30 minutes. Drain and chop mushrooms, booking the liquid.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium to excessive heat. Add onion and sausage. Saute at the same time as stirring till onion is gentle and sausage is browned, about five minutes.
  • In a separate pan, bring about 4 cups of water to a boil. Add red meat, pork, and bacon. Simmer until cooked thru for 20 minutes, then drain.
  • When sauerkraut is smooth, upload the drained meat combination, sausage-onion combination, and soaked mushrooms; mix properly. Simmer exposed over low warmness, about 20 mins.
