  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 (16 ounce) bundle ground beef
  • 1/2 pound floor pork
  • half of cup purple wine
  • 1 cup passata (crushed tomatoes)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • salt and ground black pepper to flavor
  • 1/2 cup complete milk

Instructions :

  • Turn on a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot(R)) and select Saute characteristic. Add olive oil, onion, carrot, and celery. Cook and stir till veggies start softening, about five mins. Add floor red meat and beef; prepare dinner till meat is not crimson and juices evaporate, approximately 7 mins. Pour in wine; prepare dinner till liquid evaporates, 10 to 15 minutes. Add passata, tomato paste, salt, and pepper.
