Blackberry Pomegranate Quinoa Parfait

  • 1 cup cooked truRoots® Accents® Organic Sprouted Quinoa Trio
  • 1 1/3 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • half teaspoon grated fresh lemon peel
  • four lemon slices, for garnish

Instructions :

  • Combine fruit unfold and chia seeds in medium bowl. Stir in berries and quinoa. Combine yogurt and lemon peel in small bowl.
